Java Tech Lead

Area of responsibility:

 - Work in the cross-functional sprint team;

 - Analysis and technical decomposition of tasks;

 - Designing the architecture of integration solutions;

 - Conducting code reviews;

- Introduction and development of engineering practices;

 - Development.

We expect:

- Experience in managing a group of engineers from 1 year;

- At least 3 years of commercial Java development experience (Spring,Spring boot);

- Experience in designing highly loaded systems;

- Critical Thinking;

- Linux skills;

- Knowledge of OracleDB, Postgresql. Database design. Writing, analyzing, tuning SQL-queries;

- JPA, Hibernate, REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, GRPC skills;

- Experience with message queues;

- Understanding of OOP, SOLID, Design Patterns;

- Docker skills;

- Experience in writing CI/CD (Gitlab).

It will be a plus:

- Experience in the financial sector;

- Knowledge of Kubernetes;

- Skills with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki.
